Shipping Policy

We charge standard UPS shipping for all online orders within the continental USA. This includes insurance to cover the potential loss/theft of your item, as well as the cost of transportation. ROCKS will ship internationally, as well as to Alaska and Hawaii for an additional charge.  Please do not hesitate to contact us with any special requests or questions.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition. Eligible in-stock items paid by credit card qualify for store credit. Sale, special-order, personalized, and custom-made items are final sale and non-returnable.
